Workshops for applicants
Northeast SARE conducts a limited number of workshops each year about our grant programs; content is aimed at potential grant applicants and their advisors and collaborators. Topics include how to apply, what SARE funds, and what goes into a strong proposal.
These workshops can focus on our Farmer or Partnership grant offerings or on how to apply the principles of outcome funding to our Research and Education and Professional Development awards.
To request a Farmer or Partnership grant workshop, contact your state coordinator (use the "state programs" tab near the top of this page) and describe what you need and how many people will attend.
To request a workshop specific to Professional Development or Research and Education preproposals, contact the main office and describe what you need and how many people will attend.
Please inquire at least eight weeks in advance of your target workshop date, and a longer lead time is preferable.
