Reporting Requirements

Interim and final reports

Most grantees submit annual reports each year at the end of December and a final report within 60 days of the project end date.

Farmer Grant reports are on a slightly different cycle, with annual reports due February 28. Final reports are due within 60 of the project end date.

If you are a grantee getting ready to write a report, select instructions from the list to your right. Make sure you download the instructions specific to your grant program.

Online reporting system

MySARE is an online system that allows grantees to submit report text and upload charts, data, photos, video, and electronic copies of publications or other resources.

If you have already registered and have the required user name and password, sign in to MySARE.

If you are a new project manager, follow the directions in the reporting instructions to register with MySARE.

Questions about reporting?

If you have questions the reporting instructions don't answer, feel free to e-mail or call the Northeast SARE office (802-656-0471) and ask for help.

Project Results

report what you learned

Northeast SARE puts a high value on project results. Reports should be timely, informative, and useful to people who may want to replicate.

Project products--publications, websites, and other resources--can also be valuable to a wider audience. Products can be uploaded when you submit your report.

Samples of past project resources are available for easy review and download.
